I sent this email to head office on Friday night after my pizza was delivered ice cold and with brown avo.
I placed an order at your N1 city branch at 7:05 pm on Friday the 4th October 2013 for 1 large Rock n Rolla. The pizza arrived at 8:15 pm. They did inform me that the pizza would take long due to it being a Friday night. I have no problem with waiting however I have a problem when it arrives ice cold and with the avo brown. Funny enough my husband ordered a pizza from Debonairs at the same time and received his within half an hour and it was pipping hot.
I did phone to complain to the manager and he did offer a voucher and offered to send another pizza out. I was not willing to wait another 20 minutes. This is not my first time I have received terrible service from this branch.

I still have not heard anything from them.
I am so disappointed as the previous week I went for a pizza night at my cousins house and had such awesome pizza.
They need to do something about this branches service and quality of food. Was absolutely revolting.
