I visited the Greytown Road KFC (Raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg) on 23 December 2013, I have never in my life experience such pathatic service in my life.
Firstly for a busy afternoon there was only two tellers. After standing for at least 40 mins in the queue to order Zinger burgers and got told they out of Burgers,
tried to order hot wings and was told that too was out.
Eventually waiting for the meal for 20 mins only to get home and most of the Chicken pieces where burnt as if
it where left in the fryer for too long. Is this what kfc service is about. I wont visit this store and there was no manager in site as well or even if was it made no difference.
this was not our 1st bad experience at this branch, we had purchased coleslaw in the same week only to find weavels in the portion...
i do not think this is exceptable stds.its seems that both customer service and food preps needs to be revised.
