On Thursday, 26/12/2013, I ordered a Big John burger, no garnish. There was another customer after me that ordered 3 sliders and he asked for no garnish as well. On Saturday, 28/12/2013 I ordered the same burger, now the lady tells me that she can't substitute, so I said, I am not substituting anything. I just don't want garnish. I can't eat it because I got allergies. She says she can't substitute, so I told but on Thursday when I ordered, you didn't put garnish, all of a sudden today you can't. Then she said let me see what I can do. This rude lady Ayanda, who has nothing to do with helping me, says, ya we can't do that, there is no substitutions. So I told her, I have allergies, are you going to pay my hospital bill if I eat it? She just looks at me. I asked for the manageress. Nomvuyiso eventually comes to the front and gives me some story that it is a new meal and they can't do substitutions and I must take another burger and they won't put salads in that. I buy from Chicken Licken in Lenasia and Booysens and there has never been a story. Are these people just lazy or they can't understand a simple concept of no garnish??? What nonsense is this???
