As regular customers of KFC and new residents in area, we decided to treat our guests with KFC. We had the worst experience ever and I was so embarresed that our guests had to share this with us! We went to the Drive through at Durbanville KFC /-18h30 last night where we waited for 45min even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. We placed the following order:
1 Zinger Fully loaded box meal
extra cheese
1 Normal Fully loaded box meal
extra cheese
8 zinger wings
2 streetwise burgers
1 street wise 2 meal
1 avalanche
The lady repeated our order and everything was on the slip and paid for.
We got 2x Wicked Zinger Fully loaded box meals, one with zinger wings the other with a old dry piece of chicken breast, NO CHEESE, NO MAYO on either of the burgers, the cokes were warm and flat! The street wise 2 chicken was also old dry chicken breasts! The lettuce on the streetwise 2 burgers were BLACK!
All the chips were old cold and hard!
MY GUESTS HAD TO EAT THAT! Never in my life will our family eat KFC again for as long as we are staying in Durbanville! Where have your standards gone? Worst R220 ever spent on food!
