On the 16 September 2013 at 15:16 i placed an eat in order with cashier who was very pleasant, she instructed me to find a table and give my slip to the waitress. The order on my slip was 2 hot burgers, 2 3peri wings combo
and a buddy coke, the burgers was brought to me first and it was approximately 20mins. Myself and my friend finished our burgers and asked the waitress how much longer would our wings be, she told us that it would be ready any moment, 20mins after that i asked her if i could perhaps change my wings to chicken assuming that there might have been a problem with the product, she itold us that she has to ask the manager. The manager came to our table and informed us that our order will be less than 5 minutes, i explained to him that we are from out of town and that we are in a hurry, he offered us 2 rolls. 10 mins had gone by and still we have not received our order. We woke up from our table and went to the manager who then smiled and asked if he must make our order a take away, i asked him if he could refund us due the fact that we would be driving and it would be hard for us to eat. Eventually our order was ready but was incorrect...
