2 weeks ago we (my family and i) purchased food from the Klipfontein Rd branch, i had to wait for 30 mins as they were busy frying the chicken. when we arrived at home and opened the food, half of the items weren't there! there was no zinger sauce on the burgers (we asked for zinger sauce) and there was no cheese on the burgers-cheese that we paid extra for. Also, the streetwise 5 (that we waited 30 mins for) only had THREE pieces of chicken in! i logged a complaint at the call centre and to date have heard NOTHING from them. last we went to KFC again, also ordering a burgers and chicken, this time we had to wait 10 min for the chicken burgers, and when we got home to eat, there was again no cheese on the burgers, cheese that i paid for. i logged yet another complaint with the call centre and again have not heard a word from them! the service is disgusting!! KFC is from us, i pay for the items and when i get home its not there, i was proised a call from the call centre but up until now have heard nothing from them! SO MUCH FOR VALUING YOUR CUSTOMERS! WITHOUT US, THERE WILL BE NO KFC!!
