30 December 2012, Tableview. Arrival:19h15, 5 minute wait - prepared to do. Seated:19h25, waitron took drinks order. Food order:19h40. Then waited & waited & waited. Yes, restaurant was VERY busy, observed customers seated after receiving food, finishing & ordering coffees on at least 4 tables. ONLY offered more drinks after 20h35, enquired as to status of food. No response. Approached another waitron on the progress of our food: 21h00. After no response, went looking for manager who went to see what problem was, returned assuring us that food was on its way - 3 other tables seated after us now paid & were leaving. Apologised, told us this was just an off day. I had already complained about poor service at PE branch. Told us if we would come back another time to experience it again, he would show us! Asked ONLY my partner what he wanted to drink (not offered anything, neither was overseas guest) &, after making a BIG show of pouring grape juice, said: "Don't worry, I will comp that for you! " Food eventually arrived at 21h15 (3 pizzas) so uncomfortable just wanted to leave. Very 1st time in my life, didn't leave a cent for waitron! Bill scrutinised to check juice comped!
