I went into the KFC in Gardens to purchase 2 colonel burgers and wings, I was told the dunkin wings were out of stock, I then asked for zinger wings and was told there is a waiting time of 15mins, I opted to cancel the wings and just purchase the 2 colonel burgers. I waited 38 minutes for 2 colonel burgers!!! The girl behind the counter asked the manager (Malaika) how long it would be and she screams at the girl it will be done when its done!! after realising I was watching this whole episode she comes around the counter and says "ma'am, it will be 15 (mins), I was already waiting a while, after 15 mins she tells me it will be another 10 mins and with a bad attitude! I received no apologies for the delay, I wasn't informed it was going to take forever initially otherwise I would have left; but the worst was the customer service level of a manager!! I don't know how/where KFC trains their store managers but this young lady (manager-Malaika) needs to do a remedial/refresher course on decent etiquette around customers and definitely not to reprimand your staff in full view of a store full of customers. I hope this complaint is forwarded to the area/regional manager and I get a reply!
