I had my birthday party at Rhapsody's centurion on Thursday the 19th December 2013; I made a booking for 30 people which mean they made loads of money from just 1 customer!! After an evening of fun and celebration I went to the bar to get a drink, I was treated so badly by a lady behind the bar!! She refused to assist me and got someone else to help for unknown reasons... I mentioned this to the manager on duty; he then informed his manager (Euador) who come to speak to me and tried to apologize? (I think) I quote {the reason she didn't want to help you is because you gay!!! That's why she got someone else to help you} I was shocked that the manager of the club come up with a response like that as he never met me before, he knows nothing about me!!! I never felt so humiliated and violated in my whole life!!! How can we celebrate freedom and democracy if we are still discriminating??? This is the saddest moment ever as a representative of a company can actually say this to a paying customer...
