I booked a function on the 20th April for the 25th of April. Paid for everything on the 20th in full. The function was for my birthday party with between 40-50 guests. When I arrived at Rhapsody's on the 25th 19:00 as per the arrangement, the place was closed. Apparently the bank closed them. I have been trying to get hold of the people from rhapsody's to get my money back, but they just ignore me!!! they didn't even have the courtesy of informing me before my birthday party that they have been closed, please make other arrangements. Not so easy to move a birthday party with 40 guests on a Thursday night 7 O'clock. There service up to now was just terrible. They must of known that they are closing on the 22nd of April yet they still took my money!!!
Can someone please help me get my money back!!! I paid R1980.00 for the food platters.
