My family and I visited spur last night 20.12.2013 for dinner and experience the worst treatment and pathetic responses from a Manager called Michael.
My husband and son ordered cream soda to drink which tasted totally different, the 500ml tasted bitter it had a taste of cream soda and soda water when we asked about this Michael claimed its from a soda stream which didn't make sense to us but none the less we didn't ask the drinks to be changed. We then ordered food, 2 meals included Ribs which we asked to be cut but the waiter brought them full racked to tell us that the kitchen staff is too busy to cut them and Michael confirmed this with sarcasm asking us if the cutting of ribs was on the menu the same applied when I asked for a green tobasco. I have been going to multiple spurs for more than 10 years and have been going to the one at sterland for 5 years every weekend and I've never heard the type of answers given to me yesterday. This manager even told me that if he was my age then maybe he would know how spur operated then which I found offending and pathetic for a manager to treat customers like that. He is not an asset to your brand and I wont how he treats other customers.
