Upon arriving at the beachfront branch once again I was disappointed. I keep tell myself that this time it would be different, but again disappointed. I ordered simply 3x R12 cheese burgers and one small chips. The lady took my order and then asked if I wanted to cancel the sprite which I said I never ordered sprite. Upon checking the slip, she only put down 3x cheese burgers. She could not differentiate between chips and sprite. I said I wanted the chips and would pay for it upon which her collegue said I did not order chips. It's not the first time this branch has gotten it wrong. They need more competent staff. Maybe some intense customer service training or even English language skills sets. The night staff there are uncaring and very rude. The lady name was Vuyiswa Zingato...
