Bad service received from the Manage

I made booking with SAA telephonically i had option to pay via Pick 'n pay ref. was provided, around 9 supervisor (Doris) failed to assist said ref. is invalid they tried again and told me that system is off-line i must come back, i was frustrated and panicking i went to pick 'n pay Boulders around to10am Supervisor (Achie) He spent more than 20min on line with technical dept to fix the problem he told me that its system problem i must come back after 10 - 15min. i went back to Sunridge it is close to my workplace after 3pm, again couldn't help and supervisor took me to her manager (Inba) hoping that she will take my frustration away, Manager was very rude she treated me badly infront of the customers and staff said i must go back to SAA i ask her nicely to go to the cashier to check the problem she refused right in my face that she's not going to help i must go to SAA she accused me of raising my voice, the service that I receive is unacceptable, is it the type of service as paying customers? I would like you to deal with this manager and I don't want to see her face again at that pick 'n pay I feel that she violated my rights as a consumer and humiliated me infront of everyone
