As we were getting food at our local Kfc in Lyttelton. We were helped by a lady named Agness. She firstly got our order wrong and did not apologize. Upon fixing our order, she did not prepare it properly. when I addressed her about this, she became extremely rude and aggressive. When I requested to speak to the manger, she refused to call the manger. As I walked away from the situation she made a snotty comment which lead to me losing my cool. As a paying customer it is within my right to expect that I will be getting my money's worth with friendly service. We got into an altercation and she threw insults and swore at me. I did not reciprocate to the swearing. The manger came to speak to me and she continued to swear and insult me, a paying customer. I have never received such horrendous service in my life. She did not even attempt to apologize. She has tainted KFC's image. I feel something should be done about her. I am extremely shocked at this.
