Half an hour wait for a waiter to attend to an order of the first drink. Once a waiter finally attended, the experience was pleasant- friendly staff member but then another wait for an iced tea!? Clearly too busy and focused on known clients as I witnessed couples being asked if all ok but I was by-passed.
