It all started at Kiowa Spur Monday at around 18h30, we get there and shown to a table the lady tells us that a waiter will be with us shortly, after 20 minutes the second in charge manager comes around asking if everything is fine, where I inform him that all in not fine as we have not been help for this long! he looks confused and walks away, thinking that he will get a waiter for us but to our surprise! he just went on with his rounds!! the second time he passed our table I asked him to get us a waiter and he said he will take our drink order in the meantime. We order two cokes, after another say 15 minutes he brings the cokes to us in DIRTY glasses and the coke is so flat it tastes like water!!! Still we have no waiter I had to walk to the cashier myself and ask AGAIN for a waiter, Finally I get a waiter I tell him that the cokes are flat and I want new ones, he takes those ones back and takes our food order, suddenly after a couple of minutes we now have ANOTHER waiter! he comes and takes another drink order and confirms the food order that we made with the lady waiter! We simply stood up and left
