We visited Piatto a Carlswald seon Sat at about 1:30pm. We were seated immediately & orders taken, 2 glasses of white wine, aglass of iced water & 2 prawn & calamari combos with fresh chilli. I was informed that Piatto did have the chilli on the side.. we waited over 10 mins for our wine. I could see from where I was sitting that the wine was sat at the counter for abt7 mins before the waiter realized it was there... only then to discover that it was in the wrong glass... so a transfer had to be done.. finally we get the drinks bar the waterAfter about 30m we got our meal.. bar the chilli and serviettes. I requested & was handed the serviettes, I asked the waiter again for the chilli & was told it was coming... then another waiter asked if all was ok and I informed him I was awaiting the chillie... he goes of to another staff member & supposedly replays the conversation..then the 3rd waiter enquired if all wasin order, . this the staff whom the previous waiter spoke to. No communication!!! We had wanted the chilli with the meal not half way through..after 10 min of receiving the meal the waiterfinally surface his excuse for the delay, we are very busy (ha!) and chillie had to be cut
