Less than enthusiastic greeting (do you even call it that?) on arrival. Waiter didn't introduce himself, or talk. Just stood there and took our order - blank-faced, and walked away. [Order: Hot chocolate; Iced coffee] The ice coffee was sloppy, sludgy, and icy. Tasted like instant coffee with ice. Disaster. Flagging any waiter down was impossible - to report the iced coffee. Wanted to order another hot chocolate, but got no service for over an hour, so tried to flag a waiter to ask for the bill instead. No wait, I had to go find them as they were nowhere to be seen. Clusters of waiters on the balcony, and some inside slouching on counters, and yet another female picking her zits at the bar/cash desk. Asked kindly for the bill as I held my card, and instead of the bill, I was told the card machine does not work.By this point, I had had enough. I will never, ever step into this dump again.
