We got wimpy & waited for someone to attend to us for about 15mins before I could approach a training staff member to be seated on a vacant table. We were then asked to please wait for a waiter to come take our drink orders. We waited for about 15mins bfor placing our drink orders & a kiddies meal, the waiter taking note that we had a toddler of 2years awaiting her meal. Our drinks & the kiddies meal took about 45mins to be served.(no problem) we then order our main meals which took exactly 1hour to be served & was also served by a absolutely unmannered human if i can even call her that. The side orders were messed up & my mum requested it to be rectified whereby the staff member then clicked her tongue & said something in her own language. I was highly embarrassed by this & approached the manager Anusha to deal with her staff member sanele" Immediately before I threw a tantrum. I told Anusha that I will sue wimpy for emotional damages. I also want to now how wimpy hires such staff to interact with civilized people & also how does the owner or manager protect the wimpy brand? Should I approach bigger media and expose this behavior? Btw this is not the 1st @ ushaka wimpy
