We had been sitting there waiting for our waiter to attend to us but nobody came. We then called another waiter who was talking to the manager and she told us to wait using her hand, we called her again and then the manager jumped and said "I'm busy giving my staff orders here don't interup" I then said "excuse me? We've been waiting here for a long period of time, we need to be served" he said I shouldn't speak to him like that in his shop and we must wait as he is giving his staff orders. We finally got a waiter and not once did he come and ask if we are okay but went to other tables to check. He gave us looks when he was walking past our table. This experience has changed my whole mind set about Mimmo's, I was really dissapointed!
