Last night the 23rd of March i went to Primi Piattis's in Eastgate and as i got there i was not greeted at the door by any waiter or helped for that matter and three of there staff members was looking at me not whiling to help.
Finally a waiter that was standing around not doing anything as i walked in helped me to my seat after being seated he did offer me something to drink but he never came back at all, three other waiters offered to help and i asked one of them to get me the manager, meanwhile the waiter that was serving me originally was busy fooling/playing around and speaking to other waiters, after waiting more than half an hour since i asked one of the waiters to get me the manager he finally came to my table and to be honest he was rude, he had an attitude he was not whiling to help me and he did not even try to help me and after being there for more than an hour and half i got up and left, while i was walking out the non helpful manager in a sarcastic way said and i quote "Thank you for coming SIR".
I am not impressed with the service at all and i would most certainly not set my foot in Primi Piatti's again.
