We went to Spur for dinner last night and ordered two beef burgers, medium rare. When the burgers arrived, they were well done and tasteless. We politely told our waitress, who offered to cook us new burgers. We declined the offer as we were needing to get home and get our son to bed. The manager then came and offered same, which we declined. The bill came and they had taken the burgers off the bill, and apologised again. That's responsive service!
