We went to Spur at Hartbeespoortdam on the 16/12/2013 we were 4 adults and 2 children we were on vacation so on our way back home we stopped to have burgers it was Monday so it was eat one and get one free so we received our burgers all 4 patties were burned like charcoal we asked them to please don't burn the take out Burgers and we have left. ate the burgers the following day (17/12/2013) and guess what all 4 Burger patties were burn even more that the once we had at the spur and the take out did not even have onion rings or pink source. I would appreciate it if you do sent me vouchers to sent it that I can use it at the spur in Sun-ward park in Boksburg as that is were? stay the 4 off us will never go to that spur again if that is the kind of Burgers we get or food. This is very disappointed to receive Burned burgers not even the source could take theburn taste away. so I would like to know how can a Spur sent food like that out to a client and not once but Twice that is super bad service and that after we had to ask the waiter please don't sent use burned burgers for take out. not one off use enjoined the food will you if you received burned food waiter smiled
