Me and my family had supper on Monday (21/05/2013). We had the Monday night burger special. But the burgers were burnt and crusty. The burgers were very thin slice and there was no juiciness to it. It was tasteless and not very comforting. My wife and daughters burgers were all the same. I informed the waiter about it who in turn said that he will inform the manager. Minutes later a trainee manager came to our table and i explained about the tasteless burgers!!! She said she will discuss it were the manager and apologize saying that she acknowledge that there was a problem with that burger patty. Another family who sat opposite us had the same problem after i spoke to them upon leaving. I am a REGULAR when it comes to the Spur but never experience eating that type of burger. I felt the response I got from the trainee was empty and not compensating. I said that I don't want a refund or not paying but felt that a reward would have suffice a dissatisfied customer. I left their not a very happy customer and thought that not even a tip is worth giving to the waiter for bad service. Going back to that Spur remains a question mark?
