Manager Isaac checking on tables happened to query if all was well. I took this up with him & queried where any notice was to confirm double burgers were any where around us. He apologised & that was the end of that.
Bill was brought, Spur card not requested, what's the point of it???

This is not the first time, got a burger previously on take away that distinctly had a bite out of the patty.

Service levels need to be reviewed, try getting waiters that speak English.
