Bad service and waiter was too slow

So yesterday we decided to go out for dinner at Spur... Firstly the starter took about 30 minutes, so we ordered the main course - wow it took us 45 minutes to receive our food and to make it worse the order was wrong... Wuuu the service was very poor and worse... Some couple ended up leaving because their order did not arrive at all. The waiter's name was Justin.
