Me and my fiance had dinner at Hawk lake Spur last night with 2 friends. Our waiter had the order wrong, even after verifying the order. We had to wait a long time to order drinks every time. When payment had to take place, we had a R100 spur voucher. The waiter took 20 minutes to bring the bill and then there after, was not very clued up about payment. She informed me I was due to pay the entire bill, and then she would refund the R100. When calling the manager, Carol, I had to wait 25 minutes, there after, the manager had still not attended to us. The waiter then took another 25 minutes to settle my bill. I am very disappointed at the service and quality of food at Spur. Surely this is not up to standard?
