We went to the spur at Grand west casino on 27/04/2013. We were seated in the smoking section. The waiter came and took our drinks order, which took about half an hour to arrive. We finally got to order our food, this was first messed up by the wrong orders being sent to us and cold food being sent to our table. We requested twice from the manager for another waiter but the same useless waiter was sent to us. Our order was completely up by a waiter who couldnt neither speak nor understand english. I will never visit that spur again
