Went ot Northgate Spur last night before the Dave Matthews concert and was disgusted with the lack of service. Had to wait a good 10 minutes before calling the manager to advise that we had not yet been offered drinks. Once the drinks were served our waiter then went MIA and we had to wait another 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order for food. The food when arriving was cold and instead of a full plate of nachos was given a starter. To further add to the debarcle, not all the food arrived and had to wait another 10 minutes. And so the evening continued... I am tired of just being expected to accept the poor service and believe that it is a poor reflection on Spur as a brand as well as the poor management of the Spur in Northgate.
