We ordered the steers promotion burger with a caramel dip cone icecream, to my surprise I was handend the icecream in a steers cup, with the caramel spilling over and the cone on top. I refused to take the ice cream and the assistant asked her colleague to call the manager. When we were given our burgers and still expecting to get the icecream we were instead given our money for the ice cream back with no apology or explanation what so ever. The assistant asked the manager to talk to us but he just ignored us and went to assist other customers. We left the outlet furious and highly disappointed
