How disapointed i am i did not go to burger king or nandos today. I took 3 guests with me for lunch and we decided lets settle with what we like and that is steers. Steers tygervalley has bad attitude they seem to not need customers. The burger i was given was raw i then decided to return it then they opted to make another one. Well raw again and i returned it and said i want my money back. They said their boss dont give money back. And the second burger they made according to the manager is steers quality. I did tell them i know what steers quality is as its not the first time i eat it. Well, this steers attitude stinks amd i will never ever set foot at steers tygervalley ever again. The owner of that steers who refuse to give money back should be dealt with as its against the law. I eventually left with the raw burger and said they can keep the second raw burger they made. I have never received such bad service from any outlet before. Burger king here i come!
