I wish to make a complaint against Steers L' Corro. A month or so ago I went to buy an 2 ice cream cones from Steers L'Coro, only to find that upon eating them, the cones were stale. A week or two later I decided to buy 3 "Saucy Burger" meals from Steers. When I was placing my order I informed the woman who served me that I wanted fresh lettuce, tomato etc., as I have come to see that unless you specify EXACTLY what you want, you may not necessarily get decent food. I told her that the reason was that previously when I had bought cones from them that they were stale. She thought that this all was a big joke. (It's amazing that you as a customer are expected to get lesser quality food for what you pay for with your hard earned money) That night the burger patties were cold. Today I asked again for 2 ice cream cones after first conferring with the manager that these cones were indeed fresh only to now get the "bottom of the barrel" sour ice cream. Is this the quality of food and service that Steers want to be associated with?..
