I bought a 2liter icecream at Shoprite Piketberg, when I got home I saw that the icecream was old and sticky. I went back to return the icecream and told the supervisor named Rochelle, that the icecream is old and sticky. She took the icecream and just walked away returning after a few minutes with the money for the icecream. She gave me the money without apologizing for the bad quality of the goods that they sold to me.
