A couple of weeks ago I visited this outlet to order a Caramel cone but there was some problem with the machine that heats the caramel, meaning it would not stick to the cone. Already irritated about this I decided to let it go and wouldn't make a fuss, thinking that they would maybe address this (oh and on top of that, after struggling for close to 10 minutes with this caramel machine thing, I opted for plain ice cream and was then told that they were out of stock!). Well, tonight I was there again and lo and behold, the same problem! Again I was told something about the caramel being too hot and was offered a cup of caramel. Seriously? I want it on my cone, not separate in a cup because that is not what is advertised. If you fail to consistently offer a product that is displayed in your store, then that item should be taken off the menu, so that I wouldn't have to bother to order it.
