I always buy Icecream at the desert part of the Mc Donalds at Ghandi and the service is always good exvept for today, purchased an ice cream for R3.00 and got the crapiest service ever, usually when I buy plain ice cream the nice ladies wrap it with a serviette so today Im suprised the icecream is just handed over without a wrapped serviette, the I say to her 'can I have a serviette' before accepting the icecream, the she hands it over any way without the serviette and says "tshwara" = take it, with an attitute, so I took the icecream and she then hansed over the serviette and looked away and didnt give me my slip/receipt.
Then I left but when I thought about what just happened I went back to ask for her name and she asked me why, then I asked for the third time and ahe said, why do you ask? what did I do? I know you going to put a complaint, then I asked her 'dont you think you deserve it? and she still asked me what she did, so on the 3rd request for her name she still refused and I asked for my slip and told her its fine I'll get her name from the slip, why do you hire such people to seal with customers? if she doesnt like the job why bo
