We ordered 2 Bacon and avo burgers from Steers last night and requested that the once burger must not have any steers sauce on. When we got home we discovered that the burger we requested have no sauce on did not even have any avo on. My farther phoned the branch to inform them of the problem and the assistant manager said she will phone him back once she has spoken to the Manager. 10 min later the assistant manager phoned back and informed my farther that the avo gets classified as a sauce. Now i have never in my life heard that avocado is a sauce. Then they should call their burgers BACON AND GUACAMOLE...
This branch has never satisfied us as customers, as there attitude, service & processes (meaning the way the pack the food and hand it to customers is absolutely terrible) are always of a low standard. I have never seen a take away restaurant be so unorganized and so unprofessional. I would like to recommend that they start focusing more on a better customer approach.
