Never seen service as bad as at this KFC branch. 90% of the times you order from them your order is wrong. We went to get KFC on Monday 4/11/2013 20:10 the following items where out of stock, Mash, Coleslaw, Colonel burgers... When we asked the person serving us why they don't have stock she had the attitude of "if you don't like what we have go elsewhere". This "I don't give a " attitude was noticed by other customers that just walked out to support Steers 100m from them. This is not the first time this happens, the one time we went there they didn't have chicken... Hallo this is KFC!!! The KFC Melkbosstrand is a disgrace for the franchise, and a disgrace for our beautiful town. We've complained so many times with no joy. We contacted the owner that we've never seen just to get voice mail, we left a message and this person didn't even bother to return the call. KFC head office need to take control of this branch not to damage their reputation. It's time to shape up or ship out!!!
