Over the past 2 years - once or twice a month we go to KFC (drive through) to have a take out. Every single time we went there - there were always something that was out of stock. We always order the Family Feast with coleslaw, mash and gravy and pops or mini loafs. Most of the times the coleslaw was out of stock, the other times the mash and gravy and there were times that both product were out of stock.
When you want to change the order or cancel it - then it is also a problem - seems like they don't want to bothered to do voids on their systems...
I have contact the head office once with the same complaint - they've phoned me to apologize and send me a letter - they also contacted me to find out if the branch had contacted me - which never happened...
Seeing that KFC is one of only a few take-out restaurants in Malmesbury - they really does not seemed bothered by their poor service and out of stock products and client satisfaction is definitely not their priority.
