Yesterday was my birthday and we decided to have dinner at Ocean Basket, Windmill Casino branch. We arrived, placed our order for the drinks and waited. When our drinks arrived we immediately placed our order for the food. 55 Minutes later we had to call another waiter (as our waiter did not once come to our table to find out if we were still okay) to confirm whether our food has been prepared. Then a manager came to our table saying that our order was never placed and thus the food would take another half an hour to prepare. We decided to get up and leave, and when it was time to pay the bill we still had to pay full price for our drinks.
This is the worst service that we had ever received at a restaurant. Finding out after 55 minutes that your order was never placed, is not an ideal way to end your dinner.
