I placed an order LAST Friday on citymob/superbalist for 11 items. One of the items which I paid for turned out not to actually be in stock. After the last drama (where they delivered my order to some random person& made me run after it), I had a feeling I would never get this out of stock item&asked Jenna Riva, head of customer services, to cancel that item&refund me, via email (twice). She didn't bother to respond after 24 hrs so I called the next day, &her answer to ignoring my mails is that she is very busy &I should contact support@citymob -the people that left me stranded last time. I expressed concerns that I didnt want to wait a long time to receive my goods because of this out of stock item. She said it is only Wednesday and I will receive delivery by Friday (so basically I must just shut up and wait, &she was obviously not willing to cancel the order). Friday was the last day for delivery-&they didn't deliver. Only received delivery now (Tuesday). Plus a jacket I bought is defective-1 side is 3cm longer than the other. I will rather sit with it than deal with them again. Thanks Jenna for proving me right, that Superbalist is an arrogant company that doesnt give 2 hoots about their clients!
