Last night we went to KFC for a couple of burgers, wings, mash and gravy, coleslaw and chips.
After repeating our order numerous times and waiting, we received our order. After the previous experience with this KFC we opened it up to check. Low and behold - we asked for extra sauce and it appeared as if they put even less than usual. We opened up the burgers and one patty/fillet was the size of a finger (A fellow customer humurously and aptly commented that its a hotdog not a burger!). We asked to speak to the manager - conveniently he could not see what was wrong until we repeated and spelt it out for him. After which he gave us another fillet. (why couldn't that quality check be done before giving it to the customer in the first place?)
We fork out money for QUALITY fast food.
I do not want freebies or anything of the like -
I would just like this franchise to catch a wake up after fellow customers also complained in frustration at the standard of service being received here, whilst others just walked out.
Quite frankly tired of this KFC's service, quality and attitude - will NOT be going back!
