The KFC Branch in Avonwood is the worst branch ever bad service, attitude just the worst ever
They have a drive through and we sat there for more than 10min when finally moving forward to the 3rd window we shouted and hoot and a employee appears we ask if we can order because there no one @ the other windows she gets a attitude and tell us "we short staffed and you have to come inside to order " when i asked but why you have a drive through for a reason then they all rude and just say its not my fault we short staffed and close the window and they never have ice cream... i don't eat mash and gravy when i ask them if i can exchange it for coleslaw they get attitudes and i have been by many other kfc and they don't mind but @ avonwood they tell you with attitude NO it stays as is so i ask if i can buy extra coleslaw they i buy it and when i get my order than they put the coleslaw in but not the mash and gravy... and they always getting orders wrong... i have complained to the manager and to other employees at that branch and then they just say we sorry for this and that but it never gets any bette
