Nov 2013 order not delivered, no feedback eithe

Placed order for stationery in Nov 2013, followed up again in Dec as to when we could expect the stock. Was advised that they didn't have stock of one item in the specific brand, but would deliver all stock when that one item arrived. Jan 2014, I still hadn't heard from them. Called again, left several messages; not one of which was returned. Eventually got hold of our rep, he said that he had been on leave and had left it with one of his colleagues, so he would have to check and get back to us as to what had been done. Needless to say, he didn't get back to us and we had to follow up with him. Never able to get hold of him on the landline and his cellphone just goes to voice mail; can't leave a message because his mail box is always full. The 13th Jan, he advised that there were 3 items that they didn't have in the requested brand. I asked that they deliver what they have on Mon and deliver the alternatives on Tues. It's now Wed and I am still waiting for the 3 alternatives. Called him at least 10 times today, got through to him once and he said he would be here at 13h00. Called at 13h30 to check and he was still at the office. but no-one was able to put him on the phone for me.
