I went 4 supper, 1stly, the card machine was not working, and the so called waiter, had 2 called 2 take our drinks order and had 2 be called 2 clear our table. The drinks took 20 mins 2 come. The variety of food was not what we expected, compared 2 Capetonian. N then I was charged a 10% service fee 4 the waiter who gave me bad service! Normally if u more than 10 ppl, u r charged a service fee, but this is company policy to charge customers this fee! I was also told they do not cater 4 kids, yet they are suppose 2 be a family restaurant, I didn't spend R50 @ this place, my bill was R1000. Very very disappointing service!!! O, and they charge R2.00 for a glass of tap water!!!
