Went with the family to Spur (one of our favourite restaurants because thy cater for kids). On arrival the waiter took our order and 15min later she returned with our drinks and the kids food. We then waited another 50min for our food. In that time the waiter never checked on us to see if we were okay or if we wanted something to drink. When our food came she left before we could ask for another round of drinks. For the hour and half we were there we each only had one glass of coke. One of the things we ordered were the chiefs platter. Half way trough we found a LONG HAIR stuck in the rubs!!! We were so disgusted that we left our food and asked for the bill. Thank you Spur for the very bad experience and service.
