I had supper at the glen shopping centre yesterday at Panarotti. I therefore took my kids to Panarottis to enjoy, the evening, I have the kids card that states when you bring your kid along they are entitled for a free soft drink. The waiter did not even ask for the cards we ordered our meal and drinks, and when it came to the bill I gave the waiter the cards which he tells me he cannot rectify the bill by removing the kids cool drinks, I feel really disappointed in the service I received. All he Had to do is reprint the bill with out the kids drinks, it Cleary states on the cards they are free. At the end of the day customer service was not present.
