We had a birthday party on Saturday 12 October 2013, our waiter was mike. When our guests came trying to order drinks or actually getting drinks and food took forever. Afterwards we wanted to cut the cake but table had to be cleared that didn't happen despite numerous requests. Eventually we decided to set up on another table that was next to ours now getting our cakes plus party packs I had come with took another lifetime. Then I was being told that they had two other parties that's why everything is taking long. We had no waiter and would have to keep looking for him whilst there were so many standing by the door doing absolutely nothing but coz they weren't assigned to our table they just stood there. Then waiter wants to know if we are paying cash or card I'm like card he is like their machine has a problem so we might have to go get cash.bill gets paid and waiter wants to argue with us about amount that he has been tipped for providing rubbish service. Overall an extremely stressful experience will not be having a party there ever again.
