ON THE 1 JUNE, After a fantastic evening at the barn yard theater, the group of us around 10 people decided to head to Monti casino to finish the night dancing, we each paid a cover a R50.00 charge to enter Cantare Supper Club, Some of the my party decided to order drinks, with the drinks order i requested the waiter to please bring along some glasses of tap water .cause some of party are non alcoholic and are on medication .the waiter refused saying it was their policy to only sell bottle water, i said this is illegal and very very BAD service, i requested for the manager who also gave me the same answer and said i should go and chat with owner, i approached the owner and explained the situation, she explained in her words that tap water costs her money and if i still wanted it she would charge me R5.00 rand per glass, i told her this unacceptable and illegal, we left shortly to liquid bar and promptly ordered R2000.00 on snacks and drinks and all the free ice tap water we could handle, water is a basic human right and is part of any establishment be it a bar or restaurant or supper club, if you cant provide it, please leave your business!!
