Drove to drive through on Monday and saw smurf milkshake on menu. Ordered that and was advised that it was for limited time and that special is now over. Why keep it advertised if it's no longer being sold? Then I ordered strawberry sundae. Guess what due to Moses or Jacob not doing his job they can't sell any sundaes as there are no sundae containers! Ask for the manager Dave and non chalantly passes the blame to the perspn who was supposed to order containers. Another thing thst has bothered me over the years about this branch is they never have ice cream in summer! Their ice cream machine always findz a way of being broken. Please buy them a new machine that doesn't fear the heat! Also teach the staff that such things need refilling cause believe it or not ice cream does run out as customers keep buying it. Maybe that is the problem. Whilst we talking machines please teach staff "calibration" of the milkshake machine. I used to love Mcdonalds milkshakes but of late it's like drinking syrup cream milk. I notice you don't respond on hello peter complaints. I suppose that would take a chunk of your time. Get mystery shoppers it might help service overall. Just a thought!
