We go to KFC Primrose several times and are utterly disgusted with their chicken, snack burgers and ice cream/milkshake. On Friday we went to go buy the 10 piece family feast with coleslaw, snackburgers and milkshake. There was no milkshake or ice cream available once again. This is happening every time we go there. Every single Friday we go there there is never ice cream or milkshake available as either the machine is broken or there is no "ingredients" to make it. The coleslaw was dry with hardly any dressing on. The snackburgers (of which I took photo's of) had rotten/old lettuce on and there was a big chunk of lettuce next to the burger. Our 10 piece consisted of 4 wings, 1 drumstick, 1 thigh and the rest was breast pieces. Why pay so much for chicken if we get all the bad pieces. Since when do you get 4 wings in a 10 piece? The Primrose branch is getting more and more pathetic. Every time you complain they phone you and apologized that it wont happen again but it happens over and over again.
